The International
Living History Fair

History of the Fair

This will be the 10th INTERNATIONAL LIVING HISTORY FAIR. Since its inception in 2003 as the National Living History Fair the market has grown each year to the point where the venue has had to build an extension in order to accomodate the increase in traders exhibiting at the event.

The continued expansion of this popular market with the extra space and facilities at the venue means that even more traders and events can take place.

The Fair now boasts more than one hundred traders and reenactment societies either selling their wares or promoting their particular society. Here can now be found everything from distant past history up and until the latter part of the twentieth century with stands now being taken by traders from all over Europe and from as far afield as North America.

For more information on any aspect of the Fair please email Anne Farnsworth and a map of the location of the venue can be found here.
