The International Living History Fair
History of the Fair
In February 2010, it will be the 11th INTERNATIONAL LIVING HISTORY FAIR.
The acquisition of this popular market after the November 2009 show by the Pike And Shot Tour & Event Company (PASTE)
will now allow for the market to continue to expand, both in size and Historical Period coverage.
PASTE has also recently acquired the International Napoleonic Fair, and hopes to grow this exhibition sector of
it's business portfolio over the next 5 years.
Since its inception in 2003 as the National Living History Fair the market has grown each year to the point
where the venue has had to build an extension in order to accomodate the increase in traders exhibiting at the event.
The Fair now has more than one hundred regular traders and reenactment societies either selling their wares
or promoting their particular society. Here can now be found everything from distant past history up and
until the latter part of the twentieth century with stands now being taken by traders from all over
Europe and from as far afield as North America.
