This is a truely uniquely flexible venue with 30,000 sq ft of space for the ILHF including
five conference rooms with AV equipment, easy access at either end via roller shutter doors and with an
additional mezzanine at 1st floor level.
Power and Lighing can be provided from 3 phase C type sockets at the venue and presented on the stands
through 13 amp distribution sockets. Electricity will be charged at a standard fixed connection per unit used
and equipment will all require PAT test certification which we can supply for a small charge. Costs can be
supplied for fitting shell scheme stands with exhibition lighting and power if required.
It is possible to provide wireless internet access through out the venue and costs will be subject to a fixed
price if there is enough interest shown in this facility.
Furniture will not be included in the basic pitch prices to enable us to keep these as competitive as possible
but such equipment can be organised for those requesting at a very reasonable rate.
We are very excited at the prospect of the conference rooms and are hoping to encourage use of these by
heritage organisations such as The National Trust and English Heritage and other private buisnesses looking to hold
historical seminars and lectures.
In addition, whilst space allows, we will again be allowing a certain number of "reenactment stands"
for use by reenactment groups and societies.
